Supplementary Regulations
Competitors are required to read the attached Supplementary Regulations carefully. These regulations apply before, during, and after each race meeting and are not subject to appeal.
The Victorian Formula 500 Association reserves the right to update, amend, or vary these Supplementary Regulations at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.
Please note for both the Senior F500 and Compact Speedcars – The overall series payout is based on all five (5) rounds being completed. Should one or more rounds be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Victorian Formula 500 Association, the payout will be adjusted to reflect the loss of income from the cancelled round(s) and nominations for that event will be refunded.
Please refer to the Victorian Formula 500 Association Speedweek Supplementary Regulations 2025/26, available in the “Download Information Document” section below.
If you do not agree with these Supplementary Regulations, please do not enter this event(s).
Behaviour, Conduct and Nomination Control
The Victorian Formula 500 Association reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or withdraw a nomination at any time if a driver, or any member of their nominated crew, engages in behaviour that the Association deems unacceptable, improper, unsafe, or detrimental to the sport while attending or participating in any Victorian Formula 500 Association–sanctioned event.
This includes behaviour on or off the race track, and applies to all areas associated with the event, including but not limited to the pit area, infield, paddock, spectator areas, and any official functions or activities.
This clause also extends to inappropriate, abusive, or damaging commentary or conduct on social media where such conduct is directly related to, arises from, or impacts a Victorian Formula 500 Association event, its officials, competitors, volunteers, venues, sponsors, or the Association itself.
All determinations regarding acceptable behaviour and any resulting action shall be made at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Victorian Formula 500 Association. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal, and no correspondence will be entered into
